Britney Spears has been looking better than ever as of late. Granted, she did admit the above photo from the Candie’s ads was photoshopped, but still, she looks healthy and fit. An insider told Life and Style Magazine that Britney relies on her dancing onstage to stay fit while on tour and that she doesn’t have to be so preoccupied with what she eats. The insider said that Britney, “can be lax with her dieting. She indulges in comfort food and fast food and then retains water.” Because of the body-hugging costumes on stage whenever they get a bit too snug or a bulging belly starts to appear, Spears will immediately switch to weight-loss mode. The insider said, “When the bloat’s showing she starts watching what she eats, cutting back on sodium-heavy food and caffeinated drinks to get things under control.” This week, Britney started the European leg of her tour in London and she has new costumes to mark the event. With tight fitting corsets and other barely-there items it’s evident that any girl in her shoes would want to shake it hard on stage in order to keep the weight off. Source
